The house is rented on a weekly basis from Sat 4 PM to the next Sat 10 AM.
The rental cost per week is : 3250 Euros for the period June 15 to Aug 31,
2750 for the rest of the year,
rates will be reduced for stays exceeding 2 weeks,
payment of 10 % at reservation time, the rest on arrival,
payment by check ( bank or traveller) or money transfer,
credit cards cannot be accepted .
A 4 X weekly maid service is included, daily service can be arranged at extra cost on request.
Maintenance of the gardens on a weekly basis and the pool on a daily basis is comprehensive
Service of a chef or cook can be arranged either on a daily or occasional basis (extra).
Linen, bath towels and regular towels are provided.
Please no smoking in the house, smoking is permitted on the property grounds.
